The Work
A new product introduced to Payne Carpentry in the form of Nudura. We formed a Nudura team from our existing base of carpenters and put them through the training courses. Once certified we constructed the building using ICF installation, we also positioned the concrete planks to each floor and placed all the steel work to the building as required. The roof to the building has been traditionally cut over steel structure and most of our 1st fix carpentry services were used, to include Timber Stud Walls, Ceilings & Bulkheads, Door Frames & Linings. The internal fit out included a general 2nd fix package with fire rated elements throughout.
